1/2 thick felt underlay on side panels instead of foam, its cheaper and not toxic, stapling it is a bastard though. Finished (re)making the brackets today and will bolt the panels together tomorrow arvo and web it if I can find the fucking webbing, then stitch all the felt onto the webbing with a curved needle which I havn't done for about 3 years, then make a template for the rocker skids which will bolt through the fabric into the brackets. Then get the fabric and try and force it around the curves without having to get the fucking sewing machine out.
